what would lead a man to want to give a percentage(%) of his Earnings to someone else? in today's climate where jobs are scarce and economic downturns are rife we need to be considerate when asking for favors from one another. have you ever had a friend ask you to go cross country and expect you to foot the bill for the fuel and other expenses? yet its your pocket that feels it. wouldn't you rather have a friend who would give you something for your troubles? if you are a decent human being wouldn't you compensate someone for finding a job for you? here at 'DNBPF' we do just that. We encourage decency and ensure that no one is inconvenienced in any way.

when you do a favor for someone without specifying what they will get in return it leaves the door wide open. they can ask you for anything. If you were to ask for a favor when you have both agreed on what you will do in return, this gives you 'piece of mind' because you know exactly what that favor will cost you. You often find people acting funny when you repay a favor and they expected more that what you did. this can lead to ill feeling about you and can affect your social standing and security. We make sure that our business is handled in the most discrete way and both parties (candidate and agent) know what is required of them

Site Commentary:

often in life we need mediation/arbitration to solve issues/disputes. the mediator/arbitrator has to prepare his place for arbitration at a cost. wouldn't the world be a nicer place if both the disputing parties would contribute to the arbitrators costs from the kindness of their hearts? after all, its them with the problem and the mediator is just trying to help them. We understand the importance of people who put things together.
